Key Account Business Partner - CERAN (H/F/X) Localisation : Spa ou Brussel. (Belgium)

As an innovative Key Account Business partner that has experience delivering high impact Business solutions in the field of languages and intercultural services, you are able to design and develop strong commercial strategies.

Requested profile:

  • 3-5 year’s experience in either services, trainings sales force, Account management with Business development roles.
  • Experience in managing process oriented sales projects
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relations
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, organisational and presentation skills
  • A good understanding of and interest in the workings with the top belgian based companies,
  • Agility in designing and developing sales plans and strategies;
  • Excellent proven French & Dutch writing/speaking skills ; and a good command of English

Votre mission et nos engagements

As a Key Account Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Development:
    • Develop and execute strong commercial strategies.
    • Target and secure new business through prospecting (70% of your time).
    • Manage existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and introducing new services (30% of your time).
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as the exclusive partner for HR, L&D, International Mobility, and purchasing managers within major accounts.
  • Proposal Management:
    • Anticipate tenders, coordinate responses, and craft winning proposals for BEL 20 companies and public institutions.
    • Collaborate with Customer Success Officers to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Growth Mindset:
    • Always think one step ahead to identify and act on opportunities for growth.
