A preliminary questionnaire to fill in on the CERAN Learners portal before the start of the course
Cultural Assessment, a cultural profiling test taken at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the course
Working with a geographically dispersed team means having to carry out all of your usual missions, with the added challenge of geographical and temporal distances (different rhythms, different relationships), linguistic and cultural distances (different modes of communication and management styles), and organizational and technological distances (complex hierarchical structures and reporting relationships, collaborative tools that are necessary but not sufficient)
This programme covers the different issues caused by physical, linguistic and cultural distance and helps you to develop your professional skills and play an effective role in a dispersed multicultural team.
