Getting ready to move to another country involves carefully preparing for your international relocation both professionally and on a personal level. How can you settle into your job if your family is finding it hard to adjust to the new country and its customs? Expatriation is a package deal!
Individual or intra-company group format (maximum 10 participants)
All instructors are biculturals or natives in the target culture
A preliminary questionnaire to fill in on the CERAN Learners portal before the start of the course
Cultural Assessment, a cultural profiling test taken at the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the course
A CERAN expatriation preparation course is always a tailor-made course, designed by your trainer to meet your personal expectations. Each expatriate will have a different experience. Each expatriate will develop his or her own cultural intelligence! Your CERAN trainer will help you discover the culture of the target country while providing you with the essential keys to cultural understanding!
Our Expatriation programme is available in an individual format or an intra-company format. So you and your company will decide on the programme format, either a residential course or training at your company premises or remotely. Whichever you choose, our CERAN consultant, an expert on the target host country, will support you with the same level of professionalism. You have several options to choose from. In Belgium, our Château du Haut-Neubois in Spa, CERAN City Brussels or CERAN City Antwerp. And in France, CERAN @ Châteauform' Learning Lab in Paris. All of the CERAN teams are looking forward to meeting you.
