CERAN Academy offers language training dedicated to our youngest clientele, students from 7 to 17 years old as well as young adults from 18 to 25 years old. Everyone can find the formula that best suits their profile and needs at CERAN: private tutoring lessons, distance learning courses to prepare for an exam... and finally, for huge and rapid progress, our residential immersions, courses launched at the origin of CERAN in 1975!
For Juniors & Young adults
Does your child need a little help in English, German, French or Dutch? Does he or she want to discover one of these 4 languages and its culture? Then CERAN’s residential language courses during the school vacations (from 9 years old) will meet their expectations. Our language immersion courses for juniors take place in our Belgian sites of Spa & Saint Roch in Ferrières as well as in Switzerland in our Chalet de Champéry located in the Valais. Everything contributes to the success of their immersion course: the setting, the nature, the native teachers and animators of the language taught, the program of activities. At CERAN, your children will really learn while having fun with new friends!
For Young Adults Are you between 18 and 25 years old and want to develop your language skills quickly? Do you need to prepare for an exam in English (Cambridge English LINGUASKILL, IELTS, Toelf,…), German (TestDaf, TELC, DSH…), Dutch (NT2, CNaVT,…) or French as a foreign language (DCL, DELF, DALF, TEF, TCF,…)? Are you participating in an exchange program or beginning higher education in a foreign language? Do you want to prepare your professional future? Our immersion courses meet all these needs and allow you to quickly increase your language skills!
The concept of immersion in the target language is adapted to the needs of the younger students. This language will be the language of communication between the native teachers of the language being taught and the students, as well as between the students themselves throughout the stay. The Junior program will vary from the Young Adults program, however, both programs include classes, educational activities, sports and cultural activities and excursions. Regardless of age, the student is at the center of the learning process, and the focus is on the learner. The learner is considered as a unique person whose needs, personality and learning profile must be respected. And our promise "be satisfied or re-trained for free" is not only reserved for professionals, but also for students!
